Plea bargain is counterproductive and an energy drink to corruption since it promotes the notion that a public office holder can steal N100 billion, be asked by the EFCC to pay just N8 or 9 billion, pocket the rest and go free

Abia: Labour Party is doing very well at the Tribunals
It is our resolve to respect the proceedings of the court without deceiving the public with wrong information because we remain victorious at all levels – Njoku Jerry A. State Publicity Secretary, LP, Abia
Feelers from the ongoing Abia state gubernatorial election petition tribunals in Umuahia appears very heartwarming as Labour party remain in good shape and intact with the victory the hardworking people of Abia state has bestowed on the people’s governor and winner of the 2023 gubernatorial election, Dr. Alex Otti.
However, we have taken note of the social media rants of group of failures known for their criminal behaviors and previous governance by rhetoric.
This is the trade mark of political rogue elements who has ruled and ruined Abia state for over 2 decades of holding the state and public trust hostage.
We are aware of all their antics and shenanigans but as responsible party of the hardworking People of Abia State, we have made it as a duty to remain focused in the business of governance that we have come to do than run to the media and worse of all, social media platform, every minute, to create sensation of falsehood and deception to discredit the hardworking and honest stance of the judges at the tribunals
Most importantly, over the weeks, the failures parading as political parties, shameless in their activities continue to run to the social media to churn out falsehood to deceive the public. However, for the benefit of our ever inquisitive people and for the curious minded, I make this clear statement, that I have been present at the Federal High Court, Umuahia where the tribunals is taking place on multiple occasions and I can boldly tell you that 99.9% of what the PDP failures and their allies run to the media to churn out on a daily basis are nothing but lies with one sole intent – to deceive nobody but themselves.
Labour Party remains victorious everyday at the court and had never at any time recorded any form of defeat.
It is our resolve to respect the proceedings of the court without deceiving the public with wrong information because we remain victorious at all levels and we are holding the People’s mandate in trust because this is the People’s Party and their respect and dignity remains sacrosanct.
By next week we hope to open and close our defence, PDP has closed their case with their star witness performances proving even counterproductive to their petition, even one of their witnesses, an ICT expert as acclaimed, a certain Mr. Oduntan from INEC called by them messed up their case the more.
Every time I walked out of the court, I asked myself. What exactly do this people disturbing the great Labour party really wants, This is the party the people of Abia State has unanimously elected into power to lead them to a greater future.
Therefore I do not understand, why political criminals are so heartless and shameless.
Just within 2 months of our existence, the Labour Party led government of Dr. Alex Otti has revolutionized governance declaring emergency in critical areas of infrastructure decay caused by these failures and judiciously attending to those emergencies, to prove a clear point that the PDP failures and their allies do not deserve any space anymore in Abia state politics so I wonder what points tare they struggling to prove to Abians at the court

The new Abia and PDP & APC’s failure to understand the signs of times
“PDP in Abia state had a whooping 24 years to prove they’re anything worth reckoning as leaders but they failed in every aspect. Abia people has one assignment to do, and that is to continue to reject every member of PDP and their allies for the new lease of life Almighty God has brought upon the state,”
Alex Otti and Abia civil servants; the real story behind withheld salaries
“The Alex Otti LP led administration clearly understands its obligation to pay workers and pensioners their entitlements as at when due, it is the hall mark of Labour and this administration do not in any way intend to owe the laborers that keep the economic wheel of the state running – rather few officials whose duty it was to send the payrolls of their offices to the relevant agency of government declined to submit their staff payrolls as directed.”
