People should be careful the kind of unsolicited gifts they receive from individuals posing as friends, worse is individuals advertising their kindness on public domain like Facebook and other social media platforms.

September 2019 trip to Dubai has revealed Nigeria’s Police Chief Abba Kyari’s involvement with criminal elements to commit frauds under cover only to run back to Nigeria to live large and evade arrest.

Nigerian police commissioner Abba Kyari left his official activities in Nigeria and flew to Dubai to enjoy a stupendous lifestyle with notorious Internet fraudster Ramon ‘Hushpuppi’ Abbas, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
As the Nigeria Police Chief battles to extricate himself from the cobweb of ignorance he had walked himself into the day he accepted the friendship of Ramon Abbas (a.k.a; Hushpuppi) on Facebook, Nigerians of all shades will be the least bothered of whatever predicament the police chief might have found himself in because while in Nigeria his men has defied all norms and laws by giving heavy security to the likes of his friend “Hushpuppi” once they open the faucet of Naira rain rather than provide security for vulnerable Nigerians

Now nations of people who mean business with security and crime busting have come for the criminal suspect in his own domain.
Whether Abba Kyari will be out of the mess he has got himself in or the Nigeria government will shield him based on his religion and tribe under the recent ethnic chauvinistic Nigeria government is a different kettle of fish.

Nigeria’s Police Chief Abba Kyari’

Fact remains, that Kyari has got multiple questions to answer on the kinds of people he hangs out with especially among the money rain makers as he was also seen enjoying himself at the recent Oba Naira rain in the presence of the big boys of the moment, the event that misses the likes of Hushpuppi whom would have been on ground to show his turf in naira and dollars had he been out of jail.

Now a warrant of arrest has been issued for Abba Kyari to show him that this is not a Nigeria affair, US court documents reveal. Otis Wright of the United States District Court for the Central District of California ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to track down Mr Kyari and produce him in the United States for his role in a multi-million-dollar fraud perpetrated by Ramon ‘Hushpuppi’ Abbas, a notorious Nigerian fraudster.

Mr Abbas was arrested in Dubai last June and he pleaded guilty to fraud in the U.S. this week. The FBI said Messrs Abbas and Kyari have been friends and were both involved in a conspiracy to launder money.

Mr Kyari was also indicted of receiving bribes from Mr Abbas to arrest a member of the syndicate in Nigeria.

American prosecutors first sought a court warrant to arrest Mr Kyari on February 12, 2021, according to court document. Another warrant was requested on April 29, 2021.

“A criminal complaint and an indictment contain allegations that a defendant has committed a crime. Every defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Both conspiracy counts alleged in the indictment carry a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison.

Judge Wright’s permission for the FBI to arrest Mr Kyari and hold him in U.S. custody was unsealed on July 26.

Mr Kyari in a statement denied allegations of conspiracy with Hushpuppi, saying he only met him two years ago and did not benefit financially from the fraudster.

According to Kyari, Abbas who we later came to know as Hushpuppi called our office about 2years ago that somebody in Nigeria Seriously threatened to kill his Family here in Nigeria and he sent the person’s Phone number and pleaded we take action before the Person attacks his family.

We traced and arrested the Suspect and after investigations we discovered there wasn’t an actual threat to anyone’s life and they are long time friends who have money issues between them hence we released the Suspect on bail to go and he was not taken to any jail.

Nobody demanded for a kobo from Abbas Hushpuppi. Our focus was to Save people’s lives that were purported to have been threatened.

Later, he saw some of my Native Clothes and Caps on my social media page and he said he likes them and he was connected to the person selling the clothes and he sent about N300k directly to the person’s account. The Native Clothes and Caps (5 sets) were brought to our office and He sent somebody to Collect them in our office.
