The event organized by Solution Mediaz in collaboration with the Public Relation Department of the Student Union government of the University recognized Mr. Gbogi as “best personality of the year 2020-2021.
The award conferred on Mr. Gbogi at the unveiling of the Union government annual event tagged: De-Repertoire
Speaking at the occasion, Mr Stephen Adedoyin said; “It is with a great and joyous heart that we are presenting this award to a great philanthropist, a generous personality and lover of the ordinary people of Akoko South West of Ondo State
Gbogi Emmanuel Dada, a retired Lieutenant of the US Army is the Founder of the Gbogi Emmanuel Foundation, a platform he has vigorously employed to reach out to people of the community across the Ondo State communities especially in his primary constituency, Akoko South West where the foundation had made very positive contribution towards the less privileged, widows, youth and students in the community especially during the 2020 challenging year of the Covid19 pandemic.
Mr., Gbogi, dedicated the award to the good people of Akoko Southwest for the show of love and solidarity they have enjoyed from each other. In his acceptance speech, Hon. Gbogi remarked
‘We will continue to contribute our best to the Local Government in general”
Receiving the award, the representative of the foundation Mr Mike Dare thanked the organizer of the event and remarked; the Foundation will not relent in contributing to the benefit of mankind.
