Leader and face of the New Abia H.E. Dr. Alex Otti celebrated his 59th birthday anniversary on the 18th February 2024. The members, stakeholders and leadership of Abia State Labour party across the 17 LGA’s uses this wonderful occasion to felicitates with a man of vision and quality lifestyle that is worthy of emulation which has brought to bear upon the people of the state, an era of discipline, character reformation and freedom from political manipulation under the umbrella of the worker’s party, Labour Party.
Dubbed the people’s governor and servant leader, Otti has stood tall among everything that represents a new beginning of governance and leadership people of the South East region have lacked over the years.
Abians from all walks of life including friends and well wishers, most especially members of the Labour party rallied round the first family to thank God for sparing the life of this great Abian who has never relented at any point in time to prove to all that this is indeed God’s own state where despite the economic and political challenges Nigeria as a country is facing today, Abia appears to be the only state to have gotten it right by its choice of leadership, in which at all occasions the people’s servant leader, Governor Alex Otti has never failed to attributes this victory to God for remembering the South East Center of Industry and Commerce.

He has continued to exemplify that golden rule of ‘people first, their country, then business in all ramifications with his monthly media briefing where he listens and interacts with the people of Abia State on governance and followers, he takes passionate care of their environment and has been gainfully busy leaving no stone unturned till date to make sure that Abia regains its lost glory as South East Center of Commerce and Industry and Nigeria’s foremost SME’s hub.
