Abia State on Choke Hold – Alex Otti to the rescue

Labour Party gubernatorial candidate, Alex Otti has remained consistent and determined to see to the end of this menace and completely uproot this evil circle of men and families holding the entire state to ransom for their own greedy and selfish interest

As we draw nearer to the most important aspect of the coming general 2023 elections, an interesting scenario is beginning to unfold.
While the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia state continue to brandish its over-photoshopped expired product in the mold of Prof. Uche Ikonne, a classic case of another stooge in waiting for the newfound feudal lord and former stooge of the TA.Orji dynasty, Mr. Okezie Ikpeazu, who had summoned enough courage to rebel in part and build his own turf, the erstwhile feudal godfather and his scion are not relenting for a comeback to rebuild their turf which it appears is sliding away to an errand boy in adult frame whom have learned the art of manipulation and deceit and has decided to use it judiciously for his sole benefit.
I took a walk across the Michael Okpara Square adjacent the vast property named Event Center, former most active commercial area in Umuahia by the rail line, allegedly overtaken by the T.A Orji feudal dynasty of Abia State as a prize of political heist and what I saw has given a clearer evidence on the dangers that lies ahead should Abia people make the grave mistake of being deceived by the candidacy of Prof. Gregory IBE of the All Progressive Grand Alliance Party (APGA) as governor of Abia State.

“Of all the prominent candidate vying for the governorship positions in Abia state only one appears a formidable threat to the over 24 years of choke-hold and established institution of grafts and failures in governance that has been instituted by a few individuals, unprepared and myopic to leadership and the discipline that goes with the responsibilities of leadership.”

Make no mistake, Greg Ibe is a good man and has done well for himself and his people in his chosen career, unfortunately his alliance with the architects of the misfortune that has befallen Abia state might become his undoing. And should that happen, Abia State would remain in such a vicious cycle of redundancy in the grip of greedy and selfish few individuals without a clear vision of leadership that do not appear to represent the interest of anybody other than those within the circle of influence of the feudal lords.

That facility which has remained a prize possession of the T.A.Orji and his scion Chinedu Orji, the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly has been officially decorated as the APGA gubernatorial campaign office, with posters of Greg Ibe and Flags of APGA hoisted till date, a clear signs of existing marriage of convenience.
Now it is no longer rumor when we say, The voice is Jacob but the hand is that of Esau” as I can confidently assert that the TA Orji feudal lords of Abia State is not that magnanimous to give away their prized property to an opposition party or anyone in opposition to the kind of Abia state they have created for personal benefits except there is a mutual agreement of “rub my back, I rub yours” and Greg Ibe seems to be another willing tool in the waiting for the continuous stranglehold on Abia and its people.

Alex Otti is that man that has remained consistent and determined to rescue Abia from the chokehold while the opportunity avails. Those who have pushed their knees on the neck of Abia people so much that the people could rarely breath, grounding the state almost to a standstill with no functional public institution knows this of a truth and have never been at ease since 2015 Alex Otti decided to take them down.
With the look of things, it appears the contest is squared between Uche Ikonne, Greg Ibe and Alex Otti.
Somebody will ask what about Chima Nwafor (Nana) of Young People’s Party. (YPP)
Well, I do not need to waste time on him because he will remain a fine piece of a young man with beautiful posters but he do not appear to come close as his relationship with the power brokers remain shrouded in between the callous feudal lords of Abia and their hordes of unfortunate Praise singers. A little of PDP, a little of YPP with no clear guiding principle.
Those collecting his gifts of branded aprons, cash and other incentives in Aba and Umuahia are not wired to reject freebies otherwise somebody sure must get enough these season

“Abia do not deserve these men in whatsoever mold they chose to replicate themselves, Abia do not deserve this chokehold by any means, it is stifling growth and the people of Abia has been gasping for breath since 1999”

Your concerns should be on the reception granted to Prof. Greg Ibe into the property of TA.Orji and family for his campaign activities, because it’s a family thing, perhaps they can get Abia back through a proxy while Ikpeazu experiment with his new found status of a rebellious son of the godfather turned feudal lord himself by blindly projecting Prof Uche Ikonne to take over from the devastation he has brought upon Abia State.
Fact is; Abia do not deserve these men in whatsoever mold they chose to replicate themselves, Abia do not deserve this chokehold by any means, it is stifling growth and the people of Abia has been gasping for breath since 1999

Abia do not owe these men acting as proxies anything rather they keep collecting and rendering every one of you miserable by deliberately withholding workers’ salaries, grounding public institutions and entire workforce in Abia State in order to enslave the people so it is always easy to manipulate them at will.

Till date, Labour Party gubernatorial candidate, Alex Otti has remained consistent and determined to see to the end of this menace and completely uproot this evil circle of men and families holding the entire state to ransom for their own greedy and selfish interest and it behooves every Abia state indigen to rise up in the great battle to rescue the state from these 21st century feudal shylocks. Do Alex Otti has the capacity, discipline and competence to upturn the tables; this have been proven over time both in his antecedents and professional background trainings.
