Abia State; Alex Otti vows to lead Labour Party to victory

Gubernatorial candidate of Labour Party in Abia state Dr. Alex Otti has promised to lead Abia state to achieve its ultimate goal as center of Industry and Commerce, South East Nigeria.
Speaking to group of Diaspora Abia state indigenes from China, Dr. Otti stated that Abia state use to represent the China of Africa in times past, virtually every products you can imagine were produced here and exported to Neighboring African countries including Asia until lately, when elected and appointed political office holders of the state began to do things differently in a manner that would be likened to fixing the cart before the horse, that was when the state begin to lose direction leading to exodus of artisans, businessmen and investors from the state, an outcome which has created unfortunate losses in Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) for the state, collapsed infrastructures and neglect of the workforce that drives the economy of the state.
Speaking further, Otti asserted that Labour party in Abia state is faced with a lot of responsibilities, one of which is winning back the faith of the working masses both in the public and private sector whom have been at the receiving end of some of the harshest treatment of political office holders in the state who failed to take advantage of the hardworking nature of the Abia people to build a formidable economy that will be beneficial to the development and sustenance of development of the state at all sectors.
Recounting his days in the finance institution as an experienced wealth creator, economist and investment banker, Alex Otti promised to bring his experiences and network of individuals and institutions with stark record of wealth creating and human capacity development into the governance of Abia state once elected into power.

Commenting on the position of Otti, is the spokesperson of Labour Party, Abia state, comrade Njoku Jeremiah Ajike, also a former Diaspora leader from Asia ; “With the emergence of men like Mr. Peter Obi, an economist, also a wealth creator and a disciplined administrator whose antecedents speak volumes of credibility in leadership, Labour Party is poised to produce the best of leadership to every political office it is going to occupy from the state to the national level at the end of the 2023 general elections and most importantly, here in Abia State, as the only party championing the welfare of workers and ordinary Nigeria masses, we are going to lead the people to take back what rightfully belong to them.”

“Labour Party Will Occupy Abia State Government House in 2023 said Ceekay Igara and we are confident of victory from every indication.” Ceekay Igara, grassroot politician, who also doubles as Chairman of the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) Abia State Chapter promised to leave no stone unturned in his various consultation for support at the grassroot level. “People at the grassroots comprises of the majority of members of Labour party by default, Mr. Ceekay declared; “This is the Peoples’ Party and from every indication in the country and particularly in Abia state, it is obvious  that the people are no longer comfortable with the statusquo of governance and political situation in the state and with the emergence of Labour Party in the saddle of political structure of Nigeria today, Abia state is blessed to be among the few state keying into the mass movement of a great change for good that is about to happen to Nigeria come 2023.

The Publicity Secretary of the Party, Comrade Njoku Jeremiah in a note of compliment to new members of Labour Party in Abia state, commended the people of Abia for aligning with the Party of the masses, “Joining Labour party today in Nigeria has become a fad and the wisest thing to do especially here in South East Nigeria’s capital hub of Industry and Commerce, because this is the party to beat and everything about Labour Party represents victory for the neglected and suffering masses of the state, therefore the victory of the party is the victory of the ordfinary people!” said Mr. Njoku.
