“Every effective leader or group of people was directed by a clear Vision and not by your ‘Political Party or by your Party Leader’ and that is where the success of the Alex Otti’s governance began.”
“People are making noise” says Gov Alex Otti, regarding the recent social media distractions of an uncertain 2027 electoral year debate of who will take over the governance from the incumbent, “but I respond with work” said the People’s governor.
The governor continued, “We are very committed to the job that our people asked us to do, we are doing just that, “For us, governance is about stewardship and leadership, and that is what is keeping us here,”
Governor Otti made this statement while receiving a delegation from the defunct Abia State PDP from Abia North, who have decamped to the ruling Labour Party.
The Late Myles Munroe said; “When you begin to act on your vision, you stir those who want to help and those who want to hinder you.” While those who want to help continue to align themselves with the progress of ongoing development in the state under the leadership of the people’s governor, H.E. Gov Alex Otti, those who want to hinder and perhaps disrupt the progress of the New Abia has not relented in spewing garbage across social media platforms and engaging in the devil’s workshop.
Nevertheless, amidst all the growing discordant voices about a certain APC stalwart, a PDP renegade now repented to return to governance in Abia under the platform of the torn and rejected Umbrella party and many other rabble rousers yearning and jostling to unseat the people’s governor, Otti has remained focused, unperturbed.
You cannot maintain such stance if you lack the courage to withstand storms, especially man-made cosmetic storms that is built on falsehood and deception, no matter how goodly intention it is portrayed, it is all about interest and nobody build interests on sand dunes.
Of all the bed rocks of politics, none is as strong and vital as the ‘the people, their environment and welfare.’ You cannot achieve any meaningful development if you lack the courage to stake on the people, their environment and welfare and that is where Gov Otti has raised the bar on the score board of governance so high in Abia State. You cannot deceive the people enough anymore, there are yardsticks and Labour Party under Governor Alex Otti has drawn the red line.
While delivering his acceptance speech, the Governor stated that his government does not emphasize much on political platforms in governance but rather pays attention to delivering quality and good governance to the people.
Quality and good governance is planned, a sheer deliberate act to get nothing but the best for your people and their homeland, this is only attributed to individuals or organization that has the capacity to think about or plan the future with wisdom, It is not evenly shared to all men because they’re adorned a political or religious title.
Abia state has found a great future under Gov Alex Otti’s leadership.
A great future is shaped by visions. Does Gov Otti has the vision, or he just imagine it?, the concept of the New Abia, void of partisan politics, a government that does not emphasize much on political platforms but rather pays attention to delivering quality administration, these are signposts of the Otti’s successful story in governance
The success of the New Abia that is on the lips of every indigene, residents and visitors to Abia state today is a work of Vision. Those who has it will succeed and continue to succeed while those who don’t have will continue to day dream about an utopian future built on political betting machines, you will rarely draw a triple 777 and a scarce triple 888, and that is what past Abia state political rulers has had on the state, No plans, no courage, no vision but dumb politics of everything and always dreaming to build a ‘kinetic economy’, build a shelf of ‘Award plaques’ for achieving nothing but giant Bill boards of deception.
Will the people in Abia State permit such characters a comeback into their politics, men picked up by way side of the hustle, with no clear cut process other than ‘our party, our leader’ but no plans for the people and their environment, the engine wheel of every economic success, this is the question for the 2027 “Wannabe Govo’s” and their supporters. Do they have the courage to sustain a quality representation of the state and its people, do they have the moral courage to resist the temptation of self aggrandizement.
The Late Myles Munroe said; Capture your vision and stay with it— you will be rewarded. Nobody who read the Otti’s manifesto, and is not buoyed by such heights of lofty imagination, a work of a man on a mission and with a vision, Gov Otti had declared in the course of the campaign that, he sat down overnight and wrote the plans by himself.

Those that wants to come and rule Abia beginning from the futuristic 2027, do they posses such courage to pursue a just cause and remain focused in the business of rebuilding this God’s own state from the ruins previous visionless blind guards, men without spine has rendered the state before the coming of Gov Alex Otti whom have devoted ample time and passionate commitment in the business of rebuilding God’s own State.
You owe yourself a duty, ask the right questions, pursue the right cause, and align yourself with men who posses the capacity to do what is acceptable to a progressive society
