There’s no need voting in Nigeria until the INEC Augean stable is cleansed. INEC is a cesspool of how not to be an electoral umpire. It’s not only corrupt and compromised, it’s digitally wired to achieve a predetermined result. It’s a money making machine for those that run it, acquiring huge sums for elections and materials that cost lesser even in bigger democracies, yet producing a sham election.
I have never believed in anything from INEC. It rejects anything that will make a free and fair election possible in Nigeria because there’s a hidden policy to deny the Igbo political power at the centre and in states they are feared. INEC is used to enthrone mediocre not wanted by the people but a puppet of the cabal- the West (US and Europe) and their Nigerian cabal. INEC is a toy for the APC. It’s worse at the states.
I don’t know why people actually vote in Nigeria. I think it’s just to exercise a duty not that the people actually believe their votes will count.
If you want your votes to count, the cleansing must start from the INEC server.
If in doubt, INEC should conduct a referendum on the confidence people have in it. It will score zero. Whatever it does will not be accepted. And has never been accepted. It will always be seen as a puppet working for the APC or any ruling party until it cleanses itself.
Will INEC cleanse itself? No, it can’t. Because as they say, he who pays the piper dictates the tune. And in a society of ‘Emilokan’, hate and rabid ethnocentrism, no one will bell the cat.
