Former Abia State Chairman of Labour Party, in acting capacity, Hon, Kelechi Madugba, who double as NNPP candidate for Isiala Ngwa North and South Federal Constituency for Federal House of Representative in the 2023 general elections after formal defection from the crisis ridden party in Abia, has endorsed Dr. Kelechi Anosike, as a dependable candidate to fly the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) flag for the 2027 gubernatorial elections in Abia State.
Hon. Madugba, while speaking to journalist and party supporters of his political journey from the Isiala Ngwa political block, said; “My presence and experience in the political sojourn of Abia State and Nigeria is robust and well grounded enough to know the direction of the political wind and social disposition of our people both in the grassroots and in the cosmopolitan cities.
Irrespective of individual and regional disposition of the electorates in Abia State today, the truth remains sacrosanct that only a man that understand and genuinely committed to the astute management of Abia State resources and political inclusion of every citizen that is willing to contribute to the survival of those social democratic ideas that has sustained our democracy.
Dr. Anosike has a very rich experience from the private sector as a successful legal practitioner who understands the significance of the rule of law in every functional society, it is only wise and a confirmation of political sagacity of those entrusted with the powers to coordinate the scheduled PDP primaries in Abia to make the right choice of a candidate that not only can win but will out-match what previous government has achieved in the development of Abia especially in the areas of people-oriented policies and inclusion of every member of the party and friends of the party into a functioning circle of prosperity which many politicians overlook at their own detriment.
