Labour Party finally in alliance with APC

By Innocent Sunday Okeke

The truth is no longer hidden. The real moles and APC apologists inside the Labour Party have revealed themselves.

For years, Julius Abure and his executives gave everything to build the Labour Party from the ground up. They rose through the ranks, rejected every juicy offer to defect, and stood firm when the party had nothing. Yet the same people who accused them of destroying Labour Party are the new entrants who came with one plan: hijack it for the government at the center.

The Plot Against Abure

They boxed Abure from all directions. They called him every damaging name in the book. Their goal was simple, snatch the party and trade it. To succeed, they needed a face. So they presented themselves to Peter Obi as compatriots. He believed them. He never knew they had a sinister program against him.

With state resources and personal war chests, they bulldozed their way in. Many Nigerians, ignorantly, cheered them on. Their biggest propaganda tool was simple: flash the public picture of Julius Abure with Minister Wike. That image became their entire argument.

But here’s what they hid: many of them have held several private meetings with Wike over land and property deals in Abuja. Those meetings never make the headlines.

The Betrayal Exposed

They swooped in because they considered Abure and his EXCO “minors” no capacity to fight back. And the moment they took over, the mask fell off.

They announced Bola Ahmed Tinubu as their standard bearer.

And what happened next? Silence.

No more noise. No more outrage. The true saboteurs finished their trade, and everyone went quiet. The same people who swore Abure sold out are now APC apologists. The Nenadi group, today, speaks the APC gospel.

This Nenadi group “Peter Obi’s camp” thought they had caged him (Peter Obi). But he outsmarted them when they least expected and secure NDC party, he was their targeted assignment for APC.

Where We Stand Now

Labour Party has been sold to APC. But this is not the end. We will strive to return the masses’ party to where it belongs to the people.

Let Nigerians learn one lesson from this: Always be patient with the lonely voice. The mob is not always right.

Aluta continua. Victoria ascerta.
